I just went to see the car for me but the service provided by the Gentleman Vinh Nguyen, I was so pleased and bought the car same time. Staffs are super friendly, Vinh is super nice. He cares his cus provided by the Gentleman Vinh Nguyen, I was so pleased and bought the car same time. Staffs are super friendly, Vinh is super nice. He cares his customers like his own. He patiently showing me the cars that I was looking for and finally with his help I got the Toyota Grand Highlander 2024. I really love this car. Dealer was good. Buying process was good. The salesman oversold the car and it doesn’t have the features that I wanted. I am disappointed in the car because after I Buying process was good. The salesman oversold the car and it doesn’t have the features that I wanted. I am disappointed in the car because after I bought this car I realized it doesn’t have the surround camera , remote start through the app, automatic side mirror operation, back seat ac, etc etc. that the salesman told me it had. I should not have taken his word and looked more closely at the car. I now wish I had waited to buy and get what I really wanted. More
