Hello again, I reached out to Mr Trimble with my concerns. I explained how they bait and switch the Trade In value almost in half of what their website leads you to believe is their Offer for a Used Car Trade In. In my case their website told me they Use Kelly Blue Book for this offer. That told me my truck was worth $3,609.00. They asked if I’d like to come into Showroom for a New Used Car. I told them the one I wanted off their Website. So I got there, looked over, test drove new used car, and agreed to buy. So I filled out their loan form with $3000.00 from the $3,609.00 Trade In Value for my car I was trading in. And my oh my total shock, they inform me that they don’t use Kelly Blue Books Value, they use J. D. Powers Trade in value instead, which was in the real low $2,000.00 figure, and oh by the way they charged a made up figure of $1,400.00 deduction for all the mileage on my truck, which brings my New Trade In Value to 775.00. Yep, they told me they’d have to make fixes to my truck before they could resale it. The only problem with my Non Dented, Non Scratched truck was some rusting on the roof, and back bumper. By this time my head was spinning and I became completely confused by their Bait and Switch deal. Do you know that it was only a couple days later my old truck showed up on their Used page for $8,000.00. Yep $8,000.00 for what was my $750.00 used truck. And the Cherry, in one of the pictures was a shot showing all the Rust they charged me saying it had to be repaired. So suddenly Mr Trimble had to hang up for a Meeting that started in 5 minutes. How convenient right! We agreed to talk later that day. Well it’s now been 4 days, 3 voicemails, and 2 emails later and the Cares about their Customer, Mr Trimble has vanished…. Puff. He really cared. Don’t get suckered like me, and definitely don’t be a disabled senior citizen like me cuz you will be fair game.
