This is the fifth car I have purchased from RR Toyota, and I was replacing a RAV4 that had been totaled by my insurance company, USAA. Wendy Pham responded to my online inquiry and assured me that just what I wanted was on the lot and emailed a couple of times to set an appointment. I don't think Ms. Pham read my emails closely, was interested only in getting me to come in. When I arrived, there was no salesperson prepped to talk with me nor were there any cars fitting my need available. I was very annoyed--angered actually--by Ms. Pham's performance. I eventually was assisted by Alejandro Villacorta who was diligent in trying to find a car that suited me. He was very knowledgable and courteous showing me what was on the various lots that might work or perhaps what might be brought in from another dealership. He suggested other possible options including an EV. He spent hours with me and never lost patience before I finally settled for a car that met all my requirements except for color. I appreciated his efforts very much and would tell a friend going to the dealership to ask for Alex. I do not recall the names of any other employees. I paid cash so did not have to deal with financing. More
