Bought a used car from round rock Nissan this weekend. Drove it off the lot Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning I opened the sunroof and realized it won't close anymore. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that an inspection was done and found no issues with the vehicle. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars to get the sunroof issue resolved. I called the dealership and was reminded I bought the car "as is". If they would have been more transparent about what they actually inspect and what issues the car truly had, I would have chose a different car. Don't buy your vehicles here. Round rock Nissan is just happy with getting your money and they seem to be ok with losing business because of poor customer service. More
