Stranded on way home from San Antonio to Nashville. Eric was unbelievably helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. No option walkthrough, no explanation of warranty, The sales team said the loaner car I used until they got the kicks in the correct color was equiped exactly like the one I would receive . Booked 30k service. Wayne was my advisor and i am absolutely ecstatic with the customer service he provided. We had a lot of hold ups from our warranty end but i was kept in the loop the whole way. Service advisor took time to go over repairs needed and was easy to communicate with during the repair process. The service technician sent a video showing the needed repairs and explained each item that was easy to communicate with during the repair process.
