Had a great experience finding a car with Renee then we got to financing. That was the worst experience I ever had dealing with Jose. He was very rude and in a hurry to go home. Our Salesperson did not shake our hands one time. Not when she met us and not to thank us for our business. She was not prepared for both visits. On Wednesday, we let her know we were on our way. When we arrived, she could not find the car and was wondering if it had been sold. We told her we would be there at noon on Saturday, and she was not ready for us. We had to go eat somewhere so we were not waiting in the lobby. A simple phone call to let us know things are not prepared for us would have gone a long way both days. Th car detail was not what we would call a "detailed". The inside dash was dusty and not wiped. The cup holder area and loose change area are filthy with buildup. The windows have dirt on them that will need some attention. To be very honest, we are questioning if the tint on the windows was actually redone. Lots of dirt where the windows close. We feel certain the back window was tinted but do not feel confident about the side windows. We have 3 of the 4 floor mats and have to make an extra trip to pick one up. There was a piece of the door missing. We informed the sales lady and she said, "I noticed that too" ----Why would she not be proactive if she knew it was missing and handle it? We received no thank you from management on the day of purchase. Nobody explained IKON to us. We are figuring it out ourselves, but you certainly charged us for it. The sales lady said we have 2 free oil changes. No instructions for how that works. No sticker on the window that says when the oil was changed. Customer satisfaction was and is low. We purchased a car for our kid and all 3 of us left there wishing we had found what we wanted somewhere. Chris nor I feel good about spending money at RR Nissan. To be blunt, I never thought I would have to spend $25K on a used vehicle, but those are the times we are in. Spending it with RR Nissan did not leave a good impression with either of us. More
Got in at 1:50pm for my appointment to get oil change at 2:30 and didn’t get out till 4:30pm my car was ready I don’t know how long ago but my paper work was just sitting at the counter and no one knew abou 2:30 and didn’t get out till 4:30pm my car was ready I don’t know how long ago but my paper work was just sitting at the counter and no one knew about it, wonder where my service advisor was he just disappeared and I waited and waited until I complained and asked what’s taking so long. Very unprofessional and waste of customers precious time, will never come here again. The Hispanic guy that ended up checking me out at the counter was really nice he deserves manager or supervisor position he was really sorry for the delay and was super nice. More
