The service department this morning was not very welcoming. Like normal, park the car and come in at scheduled time, which happened to be 7:00, came in at 7:01. The back row men were rudely griping welcoming. Like normal, park the car and come in at scheduled time, which happened to be 7:00, came in at 7:01. The back row men were rudely griping about people coming in before 7 and not staying with their cars. That expectation has never been set forth in my time coming here the past 3 years. I’ll be going to a new service area for my next appointment. More

Went in to service new car. Appointment was at 9am & didn’t get my car back till. 1pm!
