I arrived early for my 9:15 am appt. Rafael was ready to serve me. He explained the recommendations for a 25,000 mile checkup and we agreed on the service. An issue was found during the service and a video was sent to me: however the quality of the video was poor and I really couldn't hear what the tech was saying. I called Rafael to discuss the recommendation and declined it at this time. I was advised when my car was ready (ahead of requested time). Overall, I was happy with this service. More
