Called to check on a repair status on my car that was dropped off by the towing company, Dealership had no clue where the car was. Had to call back to tell the gentleman to go look in his lot and finally dropped off by the towing company, Dealership had no clue where the car was. Brand new vehicle less than 2 years old, broke down in the middle of no where at Sonora TX with a check engine light on and a malfunction sensor. Billed me $501 for a part that should have been covered under warranty. When asked the repair sales guy, he laughs it off by saying it’s a defective part. More
