I thought going with an official service center would guarantee better service and quality, even at a higher price, but I ended up with worse service and just high prices. I had an appointment for 1 pm but wasn't attended to until 1:30 pm. I paid $1400 for general service and maintenance on my Altima by purchasing their premium package. Initially, I was told it would take 3 hours, but then I was asked to come back the next morning. Very unprofessional. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to attend to me. I was handed the keys and told to find my car myself. I found my car with the engine running and the AC on full blast for hours. The key components of the service package were not performed—tire pressure wasn't balanced, the steering wheel wasn't aligned, and it seemed like most things were ignored. I had to ask about my tire life five times before they finally checked it and told me. I then had to wait another hour for them to fix the missing things, and there was no discount offered for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. More

A few years ago, I stopped going here for service because the check IN/OUT process was so slow, and they dont process customers first-in-first-out. It appears random. So we've been making the drive to Town North Nissan. After a few years, we decided to give them another chance. So, experience was exactly like a few years ago. Walked in, only guy at the counter. One agent saw me, finished up another customer, didnt say a word to me the whole time, then tells another associate 'be back in 30 mins'. I guess going on his break without taking care of me (or making sure someone else did. Then another guy told me, be right with you sir. Another lady came in a few mins later, he told her the same thing. Then, after a few mins, serviced her first even though I had been standing there like 15 mins at this point. Another guy saw me, someone called in, he decided to answer the phone instead of processing a customer who was standing in front of him for 15 mins. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I decided to talk to the GM, but he was not around. Gave my number to the office assistant and told her what happened. The GM Brent never called me back. We'll try again in another 5 years! One saving grace, after I let the entire building including other customers know I was not happy, Freddy came by and he was excellent. More

I stepped inside to see if any of the five or more guys in the service desk area could assist me. Three or more were outside talking with customers at their vehicles. One fellow said it was first come first served, that advisors do check-in at the vehicle, and that I should go outside and wait by my vehicle. I went back outside as instructed. Another car pulled up. The car jockey moved that vehicle to the second lane. A few minutes later, an advisor came out and began checking in the last vehicle to arrive. I spoke to him and asked why my vehicle was not next the queue. He said to go inside and one of those guys would help me. Once inside, I explained that I just needed an oil change. An advisor named Eric said he would be with me shortly. Once Eric was available he politely confirmed my name and the needed services, oil change and tire rotation. He provided the cost estimate which I signed, and said he would let me know results of the inspection and come find me when the vehicle was ready to go. I waited in the customer lounge for nearly two hours. And then I went for a walk. The checkin began around 7:20 AM. The vehicle was ready at 9:43 AM. At checkout, Eric suggested that I take one of his business cards for next time. More
I have always dreaded gong to a dealership to shop for a car but this was completely different. Easy peasy with no pressure filled minutes waiting on mangers to twist my arm. Barely a fair experience this time. First time to take my car in (bought it elsewhere) and it felt like an inconvenience to them. Requested the shuttle home after drop off. Gave up and called for a ride after waiting 85 minutes with zero updates on why it was taking so long. Was supposed to get a free "20 point inspection" with service, got nothing. Work done was acceptable but experience was way below average for dealer service. I'll take it elsewhere next time. More
