Took 8 hours for the service department to swap my transmission fluid and take care of a stop lamp switch recall. This is with an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Quoted me an additional $1600 for various repairs. $353 to replace 4 spark plugs is criminal. Once I told them no thanks, I had to wait 3 more hours until my car was given back to me. More

The guy who was dealing with my service was absent the day of service and there was a great lack of communication. I declined the service online, the next day when I went to pick my truck up it was being day of service and there was a great lack of communication.
