I got a call from the service advisor after the service for the A.C was done , they had to replace the hvac case. Which they told me from the get go. That's the dash would have to come out. We got the car for the A.C was done , they had to replace the hvac case. Which they told me from the get go. That's the dash would have to come out. We got the car back.We found a few things that didn't seem right.Sports mode stopped working as located on the center consoles. Try explaining that to her and she kept arguing.That's not related well when you take a - out of a car.You have to remove the center console. I was not up to arguing with her asked for a service manager. She told me they weren't available. I will be calling corporate office on Monday. More
The absolute WORST customer service experience. I've ever had. I had an appointment on 8/9 at 8:15a with Eric, only to be told after waiting 20+ minutes that Erica wasn't even there. Kevin helped m I've ever had. I had an appointment on 8/9 at 8:15a with Eric, only to be told after waiting 20+ minutes that Erica wasn't even there. Kevin helped me instead (and he was great), but then left for PTO that following week-fine, no problem. Kevin at least kept me informed before he left that my tire would be in on Tuesday and my car would be ready by 12p that day. Once he was gone, ZERO communication. I had to chase them down for updates. When I called Tuesday, Eric told me my car was done, just waiting on paperwork, and that he would call me when it was ready. Guess what? No call. Hours later, I call again and get Ethan, who had one of the worst attitudes I've dealt with-rude, dismissive, constantly interrupting me, and clearly couldn't care less. Come to find out my car wasn't even ready. When he said he needed to call me back to get in touch with the technician I tried to verify the phone number on file since I didn't receive a phone call back earlier that day. He proceed to interrupt me to try to end the phone call. I told him he needed to stop interrupting me and put a manager on the phone. Completely unprofessional> When I asked for a manager, Anthony got on the phone, confirmed my car hadn't been touched yet, and promised it would be ready by 4:30p. So I show up at 5:00. The front desk was a disaster-two employees standing there-one on her phone ignoring me, then proceeds to chat with someone who seemed to previously work there based off the conversation they were having, and a trainee who had no clue what he was doing. I stood there for FIVE minutes without being acknowledged, it's on thing if you're busy but she was on her PHONE. When the trainee finally tried to help, he couldn't even find my paperwork. Another employee had to step in, check on him multiple times to see if he needed help and he was the only one who acted like he knew what customer service even was. Start to finish, this was beyond unacceptable. The lack of communication, the unprofessional attitudes, the complete disregard for customers-absolute garbage. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go ANYWHERE else. More
My original dealership closed and I had to find another Nissan dealer. The service dept was very professional and accommodating.
