Working with Round Rock Honda was a night-and-day difference and we were very pleased with the outcome; our two salespeople – Clark Allen and Ulises Ortega – were wonderful to deal with. They were friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional at all times. Also the Finance Manager, Amy, could not have been nicer – she was also super efficient and very helpful. My service advisor Ray Castelo was very helpful in explaining what my car needed. It’s not his fault that the car wash was just on the top of the car, or that the passenger side mirror was left turned explaining what my car needed. It’s not his fault that the car wash was just on the top of the car, or that the passenger side mirror was left turned out of position. I think $106.30 is really a lot to pay for an oil change & tire rotation but he told me what to expect at my next appointment & I appreciate that very much. I give him 5 stars, but only one for the car wash person. More
