My issue is with the buying process and everyone else I had to communicate with at Round Rock Honda. I did not receive the best deal that I can get for being a first time car buyer and in fact it felt like had to communicate with at Round Rock Honda. I did not receive the best deal that I can get for being a first time car buyer and in fact it felt like I was taken advantage of. If I could return a car I would. The price I was negotiating for kept changing at every step of the process and I did not have a single reference point to what my correct price is because this place was disorganized and lacked communication. The car I wanted was not the same car I found online. It had less additional perks. The only highlight was that the car had the lowest miles at 15 miles. I was pressured into adding on a price during the financing signing process because it was a calculation oversight by several people. It was a headache of an experience and actually caused me to get a bad migraine that day. Overall, I'd give the process and location a 1 star. Never buying from here again. Only positive experience I had was interacting with Lance Muela. Lance is a great up and coming salesman and was very helpful in answering questions. He was a champion in that aspect and the only one that deserves a 5 star More
