Sold my gf a lemon. Within one month after she got it the engine blew........recall notification happened in 2018 she bought the car 2019. Went back to ask them to look at it and tried to sell her another ca engine blew........recall notification happened in 2018 she bought the car 2019. I scheduled a service for an oil change and rotate tires, alignment, power steering flush, brake fluid flush, and diagnostic check for today. When I came to pick my vehicle up I’m being told the only thing t alignment, power steering flush, brake fluid flush, and diagnostic check for today. When I came to pick my vehicle up I’m being told the only thing that was done was and oil change and rotating tires and did not apologize for it. The ticket was first assigned to Ray Castelo and somehow went to Jesse Youngblood which must be a newbie and I didn’t want to engage with him due to my previous experience where he forgot to add my coupon to a $800 service. Now I have to come back tomorrow after I get off at 5. Which I have to Uber to work tomorrow because now I don’t have my car. Will not come back to this place it’s ridiculous and I spend money with this place. Customer service is not what it use to be. More
