I would give a 0 if I could. We've bought 9 Hondas here over the last 30 years. I went in without my husband this time (it was my car being replaced). I knew what I wanted, a We've bought 9 Hondas here over the last 30 years. I went in without my husband this time (it was my car being replaced). I knew what I wanted, and I knew it was on the lot. Wasted 2+ hours there. Problems experienced: - "invisible" for nearly all of the sales reps, who were standing around talking to each other, and would actually ask the couple of mid-30s men if they needed help - sales rep I got spent a LOT of time, not answering questions and showing me the car - we did get a little test drive in, but was told at the end "have your husband call me if he's interested in the car" Are you kidding me? (He wasn't - I double checked, as I couldn't believe what he had said) - spent the time to get my Honda estimate for a trade in. I knew the range it should have fallen into, and it came in significantly below. Just got a carmax estimate yesterday - $4000 over what RR Honda was offering (55% less) - left 2 messages with the Sales Manager to call me back to be able to give this feedback, only to not ever get a return call - the Sales rep actually called yesterday, my husband DIRECTLY - to see if he was interested in the car. He of course said we were no longer interested. We've been a loyal customer for 30 years. But not anymore. And at this point, the relationship is beyond repair. No need to reach out. So very maddening. Some serious training needs to be given to ensure there's no bias across age or gender. More
