Me and my wife went in on a Saturday to look at Hybrids. Anything Hybrid, we were curious to just see what was available and if it was something we could afford. We were paired up with a gentleman named Pau Anything Hybrid, we were curious to just see what was available and if it was something we could afford. We were paired up with a gentleman named Paul and he was delightful and helpful and very kind and friendly. He was able to provide to us the knowledge we needed to know what exactly we could afford and drive away with from Honda. After having gone to a few other car dealerships afterwards looking at other manufacturers and models we ended up home later that day and our minds kept going back to Paul and the Honda. Tuesday a few days later we went back and purchased a brand new Honda Insight Hybrid! We love it! Thank you to Paul and everyone at the Honda dealership. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I called on Tues afternoon needing to get an error on my car looked at as soon as possible since I was leaving town on Thurs. Sam Stipe - the finance consultant - started to throw pens,papers,usb on the table with an unacceptable/rude/nasty attitude because I said "No thanks. I'm good with all these upgrade options." Purchased a brand new 2022 vehicle and found scratches at checking out, I reported and they took the car back to "scrub the glue" out but then stated that "we cleaned 95% of that and it looks okay now." And the manager knew but do nothing about it. How about I pay 95% of the cost?! Wasted money and almost 6 hr of the day for this purchase and ended up being rude to. My family has been owning many Honda as well as Toyota vehicles, but after this terrible experience, I told my brothers to stick with Toyota for better customer care and promotions. This purchase is my lesson for life. More
