Sam Stipe - the finance consultant - started to throw pens,papers,usb on the table with an unacceptable/rude/nasty attitude because I said "No thanks. I'm good with all these upgrade options." Purchased a brand new 2022 vehicle and found scratches at checking out, I reported and they took the car back to "scrub the glue" out but then stated that "we cleaned 95% of that and it looks okay now." And the manager knew but do nothing about it. How about I pay 95% of the cost?! Wasted money and almost 6 hr of the day for this purchase and ended up being rude to. My family has been owning many Honda as well as Toyota vehicles, but after this terrible experience, I told my brothers to stick with Toyota for better customer care and promotions. This purchase is my lesson for life. More
