Round Rock Honda

I have leased 2 cars from them with my current CRV lease coming to an end in 14 months. I had an appointment with the service department yesterday 9/2/2021 for 10.40 am. I live one hour away. When I made the appointment I specifically said that I will wait for my car. When I got here yesterday I was told that they had 15 cars left over from the day before so I would have to leave my car. I complained that why did someone not call me and they apologized. I was rescheduled for 8.15 am this morning and was promised that as soon as I got here, my car would be taken in right away for the diagnostic check that was needed. Now its been almost 3 hours and the car is still waiting to be pulled in. This is so not acceptable. I could have gone to any private automotive shop near my house but I still came here since I trust the Honda service department to do the best job in finding out the cause for the electrical issue with my car. I am sad to say that I am never going to get another car from this dealership as I have lost trust. I am also going to tell everyone in my network of friends and co workers never to come to this dealership again. More
