We found the vehicle we were looking for and the service was good. However, because I wanted to write a personal check for the vehicle, I was required to complete a form for credit history check. It would be helpful to let customers know ahead of time all that is involved with writing a personal check at your dealership including a person’s credit history. I understand the need to have a trusted & secure transaction, but your process wasted a lot of my time unnecessarily as I was subjected to such process of credit check. Although I have excellent credit history, I would prefer being informed of all that’s involved with a personal check or tell me to bring cashiers check to close the transaction ahead of time so I can decide how much time to spend at the dealership. I must say it was very offensive to be made to feel like your personal check is not good. Besides, there were plenty of personal information to find me if there was any issues with my check. I understand you have a business to run, but please reassess the implications of this policy and how it might impact your customers. Thank you. More
