I feel like I got completely ripped off just needed a sheild replaced on my car that fell off on the road. They charged me $265 for the part I found on line for less than $50. I’m guess 20 minutes worth of work. I’ll do it myself next time. Management was not helpful at all. I worked with Joe Gonzalez and the manager Gus Hoelscher. They chose not to help resolve the problem at all. Not $5 off. Nothing! I have 2. Vehicles I purchased from this dealership. I won’t make that mistake again. I guess it’s time to shop other brands, or at least a better dealership that cares about its customer!!! More
