We purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Ronald June 3rd. We had a great buying experience and have been happy with our purchase. Our problem is the pay off of our trade in. As of today, July 21st it has NOT been a great buying experience and have been happy with our purchase. Our problem is the pay off of our trade in. As of today, July 21st it has NOT been paid off. We received our bill from our previous auto July 6th stating we had not made our monthly car payment. We had assumed it was done! Needless to say we were NOT happy. We did not want our credit score to be ruined and made the payment. We went to the dealership to ask about the pay off and were given the run around. The lady that handles the pay off said it would be sent out Friday (it was Monday). We explained we wanted it THAT DAY. She said they had 30 days. At that point it was over 30 days. We are VERY disappointed. Initially a great experience turned horrible. We do NOT recommend them and will let everyone we know to stay away from this dealer. They obviously scam their customers. More
