This being my wife and I second Infiniti, Jennifer Townsend of Roswell Infiniti was AMAZING!!!!! She, her manager and Matt the finance guy went over and beyond for us! Treated us like we mattered. They listen and addressed our concerns and any issues that we encountered. They were so understanding and didn’t turn their backs on us. This was the BEST car-buying experience we have ever had (and we are not young). Jennifer's product knowledge is UNMATCHED and her listening skills were AMAZING! She actually steered us to a less expensive (and we are not young). Jennifer's product knowledge is UNMATCHED and her listening skills were AMAZING! She actually steered us to a less expensive car because she listened to us and knew we would be happier with a QX60 than a QX80. She was correct! We had not even entertained the idea of purchasing a QX60 until she suggested that we "just take a look at one and see if it may be a better fit". This is our first INFINITI but I don't think it will be our last. And you've got a customer for life!! More
