Don was professional and straight forward. It took only a couple of hours to purchase my new M35. I worked directly with the Salesperson without all the usual back and forth. Overcharged me for diagnostic. The scary thing is that I bought this car from this dealership a little over 12 months ago. Will not be back and I will not buy my next Infiniti from them. More

I am professional highly intelligent woman, with a high income, & I can buy anything I want. I was teated like a third world refugee just off the boat! No one helped me when I first arrived, I looked arou income, & I can buy anything I want. I was teated like a third world refugee just off the boat! No one helped me when I first arrived, I looked around the new cars by myself, and eventually went inside. I was approached by a gentleman, who asked if I was looking for anyone in particular. when I responded " I would like to look at 3 models, he assured me that someone would be with me soon. Another gentleman approached me and asked some questions. I was asked if I had "done my homework, & knew what I was looking for" I was asked if my husband or boyfriend had looked at the car. With that I said that I didn't have time today, but I might go back. I went to another Infiniti dealer And had a totally different experience. More
