Great personal service was greatly appreciated We have an older Infniti, a 2002 I-35. It has been a great car that started a weird window problem. Only when the weather was hot - the front passe We have an older Infniti, a 2002 I-35. It has been a great car that started a weird window problem. Only when the weather was hot - the front passenger window would not close all the way; with the automatic window closing system it went to the top of the opening and immediately went back down about 3 inches. Instead of replacing expensive p arts, the service team analyzed the problem and discovered an older model window system that was adjustable. The technician adjusted the window and it works great now! I am pleased that this team of service advisors and technicians do the right thing, even though it may not bring in a higher amount of money to the dealership. Thanks for a great job you guys. More
