An excellent experience overall I was looking for a 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 and found the color and options at Roswell Infiniti. Contacted the dealership via online form and I was looking for a 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 and found the color and options at Roswell Infiniti. Contacted the dealership via online form and was called within minutes. Reached the showroom another 45 mins later and was instantly taken care of by Elizabeth. We negotiated the lease terms and the trade in without hassle. I then got a test drive and Elizabeth went over all the features of the car in detail. She made the whole process so smooth and I was in and out in 2 hours. I left a phone in my old car and Elizabeth was kinkind enough to keep it secure with her. I had one of the best car buying experiences ever. Considering that I wasn't really that interested in trading my current car for anything I have to give the agent a gold star for not giving up. Having a salesman who pointed out all the positives for making the trade gave me a lot to consider. I can't say the agent was pushy but very knowledgeable about his product. His continued updates on finance, new trade-ins and warranties, helped me to come to the decision to make the change. I haven't been driving the new car that much yet but what I have done I am thoroughly pleased. I think the new vehicle is perfect for what I needed for the future. I also was impressed with Mr. Baker and his no nonsense approach to the financing. I can't stand the usual game playing that takes part is most dealerships. His was straight forward, explaining all the pros and cons and giving me the bottom line to which I was able to choose the best situation to meet my needs. I had a fantastic car buying process with Elizabeth Marshall. Her professional yet personable approach made this car purchase a truly memorable experience. First, she has a friendly and low-pressure approach to the car search process. She showed me several different options while on-site and followed over email with several more. Second, when I ultimately did find the car that met all my criteria, she rapidly confirmed its availability and came in early the next morning just so I could have the first opportunity to test drive. Lastly, Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure my car purchase went through smoothly and with as little hassle as possible. I drove out with my perfect pre-owned vehicle that day and have been over the moon ever since! However, when I Emailed Roswell Infiniti I received a quick response from Dominick, the sales manager. After several minutes of conversation he assigned Elizabeth Marshall to handle my request. She was given permission to meet me halfway with the car so I would not have to drive all the way to Atlanta. She was ahead of the time we agreed to meet and since I was already there we were able to review all the paperwork and car systems with time to spare! Great service! I would certainly revisit Roswell Infiniti for any future needs I may have regarding a different car. More
