I expressed interest in an Infiniti Q50 Hybrid using their website, and was immediately contacted by Kristen. She was super friendly, super helpful, and super patient with me. These traits proved invaluable, because I was trying to purchase this car from out of state. By the time I arrived at the dealership Kristen and I had emailed each other back and forth 60+ times over the span of two weeks(I'm terribly picky, so sorry Kristen!) She'd referred me to anyone else I needed information from for things such as trade-in value and warranties. Everyone at the dealership was just as helpful and friendly. My wife and I arrived, test drove the car we were interested in, got to meet everyone face to face, and had the most pleasant auto transaction I've ever experienced by far. I've never been so happy after walking out of a dealership with a new set of car keys. I drive my last Infiniti for 5 years(but I bought it in a different state) before trading it in for this newer model. I'm already planning to reach to Roswell Infiniti first whenever the day comes that I want to replace this new one in 5+ years. More
