He welcomed us and made us comfortable before we began the test drive process. We were trying to decide between two different CPO vehicles and Richard made sure we thoroughly test drove both vehicles so we would be comfortable with our decision. He also made our trade in easy as we negotiated the price via email before we arrived at the dealership. After we chose our vehicle, Richard loaned us a vehicle so we could eat lunch while the dealership detailed the car. I've purchased many vehicles in my life. Our experience with Richard Johnson was outstanding. He has a banking background so he truly knows customer service. He's knowledgable, professional and someone I would enjoy purchasing another vehicle from in the future. More
