Roswell INFINITI of North Atlanta

Buyer beware! I purchased a car from Infiniti Nissan Roswell in early November, 2024. When I purchased the vehicle at Roswell infinity I was assured the vehicle we I purchased a car from Infiniti Nissan Roswell in early November, 2024. When I purchased the vehicle at Roswell infinity I was assured the vehicle went through an extensive multipoint inspection, however, the check engine light came on within DAYS of driving off the lot. The vehicle cannot pass emission due to the check engine code P0456 EVAP and I had 3+ repairs to date and the check engine continues to come on. This seemed to be an ongoing existing issue with this vehicle and infinity is unwilling to assist with any of the repairs related to the emission test failure. To date, I have spent over $1,000 to resolve the issue and the check engine light continues to turn on within days of each repair. Roswell infinity knowingly sold me a car with ongoing emission issues and will not do anything at all to correct this issue. I deeply regret purchasing any vehicle from Roswell infinity and strongly suggest you go elsewhere!! More

Similar to the review posted Oct 30th, 2023, I have a lot of trouble with the way the service department operates. My catalytic converter went bad. Prior to taking my car in I called to get the price. The price increased when I arrived because of labor. I was told there was only one remaining catalytic converter in the Southeast which put more pressure on me to decide (I believe the associate said it was in Greeneville and they would have to have it delivered). I found out later that the part is listed on the Infiniti website for $400 less than I was charged (not including the core charge). It feels like a bait and switch type of operation. This isn't a smart way to do business. The kicker is I drove the car back home and there is a muffler noise that wasn't there previously. It seems intermittent right now. I don't think I have the time nor patience to deal with another sales scheme. I'll likely be taking my car to a local mechanic to inspect. More
