Overpriced, very high fees ($800 doc fee, 200 ETR), dealer add-ons (reject as much as you can). I looked at one of QX80, did not buy because it was overpriced (that location has its costs). People were nice, responsive, typical dealership mambo jumbo - we are family, we take care of you and so on. At the end of the day clients pay (inflated pricing) for that fancy office and whatever luxe experience they provide. One price policy (again, inflated pseudo market based pricing) will not let them change the list price (on used cars) but they will work a bit with you on your trade-in. I think the score could be strong 3.5 out of 10. More
This dealership has absolutely no concern or care for you as a customer when it comes to the warranty or products that they install on your vehicle and their service department I would give you high caution. as a customer when it comes to the warranty or products that they install on your vehicle and their service department I would give you high caution. Do not have brakes done there or some of the other services either because they don’t warranty anything they put OEM rotors on my vehicle and OEM brake pads and in less than 10,000 miles come back in and tell me that the reason the front and back is shaking is because they need to be resurfaced already That screams a product quality issue to me. There is no way that breaks should require that type of resurfacing within the first 10,000 miles that tells me you got a product quality issue so instead of going after the manufacturer and cleaning it up with them you want to charge me another $360 to take care of something that you could just have them resurfaced and move on And take care of customer but you want me when I only paid you $900 for the whole break instead you wanna charge me $360 to resurface rotors. Are you people out of your xxxxxx mind I mean literally so all of you out there that read these reviews do yourself a favor do not have Roswell infinity service your vehicle North Atlanta and my opinion does a much better Customer Service job. They’ve always taken care of but Roswell Infiniti you’ve received the last of my money you’ll ever get. I won by the way I was actually looking at a vehicle on your lot today and I was looking at purchasing which was a Q 60 red sport . Well, make no mistake. I would not spend another dollar in your dealership so that sale is now canceled. I have no interest in buying anything from you and moving forward you won’t be servicing my vehicle for any other services as well as a customer. It is absolutely pathetic that you don’t take better care of your customers on a great job you did you did this Job I paid you $900 less than a year ago to put brand new rotors and brake pads on the vehicle and this is the service I get from it absolutely atrocious Customer Service More
