Waste of time Texted my sales rep (with pics) to get advice on an aesthetic concern I had with my new car -said he didn’t know and told me to call service. I spoke to services and they said it could be fixed and that I should “bring it in”. Upon brining it in (a 45 min trip), I was promptly told it was “normal” and that nothing could be done. What a waste of time and money. In this day and age, one should be able to resolve simple car questions without having to “bring it down”. More

She explained the features of our new Q-60 in a easily understandable way to my wife and I. The whole process took about an hour and a half. It was smooth and efficient. John De Oliveira also greeted us pleasantly. The Q-60 is exactly the car my wife wanted. White on White (leather interior) they located in Florida for us. They car was put on a flatbed and arrived within a couple of days. We are both very pleased. I will recommend Elizabeth to anyone I know who is interested in any type of infiniti.
