It was a great vehicle, but I’ve purchased 2 more Infiniti vehicles for one simple reason...Rushdi Rabia. Rushdi is highly professional, knowledgeable, and with natural people skills. I am not a fan of the car buying experience, but I was immediately comfortable with Rushdi’s easy and disarming demeanor. Most people just want to talk, but he actually listens. He asks excellent questions, then uses that knowledge when explaining the features and benefits of the vehicles. This makes for a much more relevant experience. Roswell Infiniti has also delivered an excellent experience. From the buying process to the service department, they know how to make a customer feel truly appreciated. Although I have been very satisfied, I do not buy from Infiniti or even Roswell Infiniti. I buy from Rushdi Rabia!! More

When it came to financing, the application process was a pretty typical experience. Lots of paperwork, tons of questions - the usual. Soon after leaving the facility I learned that there was a mistake on my paperwork. I called multiple times over the course of a week to understand the process for correcting the mistake. I did not receive a call back so I went back to the dealership a week later. I was told to contact the finance department - which I did. Only to be told that it had to be dealt with at the dealership. As of this writing, the issue remains unresolved. More
