Since the dealership is more than an hour from our house, we called first to make sure it was still on the lot. That was our first interaction with Richard who was more than helpful on the phone and in person once we got there. Very attentive, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, and overall very pleasurable to deal with. We purchased the car that day and Richard took us around to meet the service staff that we would be dealing with. Even though the dealership is a bit of a drive for us, we use, and will continue to use, the service department for all of our needs. Very happy with our purchase and very happy to be part of the Roswell Infiniti family. More

“Not as promised ” I recently bought a vehicle from here. I travelled from Louisiana to make purchase. While completing papers, I stressed the importance of sending all I recently bought a vehicle from here. I travelled from Louisiana to make purchase. While completing papers, I stressed the importance of sending all correspondence to my post office box address rather than my street address. Both addresses listed on my drivers license. Simple enough, right ? Now I find that all correspondence, car license, etc. was mailed to street address. No big deal, right? Not so, there is no mail delivery at my street address, exactly why I stressed the need to use my post office box! When I called to get this mess corrected, I was repeatedly told that it was no one’s fault. I also found out that the dealership had sent the wrong amount of money to my DMV for my auto license ( my DMV told me this, not anyone from Infinity!) As of yet, I still have not gotten this mess corrected, but it’s “no ones fault”, right?! I certainly expected a higher level of customer service from this dealership, which seems to pride itself on its reputation. It may seem like a little thing, however I provided all the correct and necessary information at the time of purchase, they were glad to take my money but the attention to detail and customer service was far from satisfactory! More

When Kristen couldn't get approval to beat/match the deal that Nalley gave me IN WRITING (which I supplied to Roswell), she said so nicely....then suggest the FWD off short lease QX50 I subsequently bought. THE only significant complaint was Wendell's line that--for used cars Roswell had decided the CarMax (king of used cars) pricing model was best.....one "low" price that in theory wasn't negotiable THE PROBLEM was that Roswell has decided a hidden (now infamous business-wide), DEALER PREP fee of $600 must be added after you think you've both agreed on the deal...sorry, that's slimy! Then of course the standard answer,,,,sorry, but legally we must treat all customers the same,,,,prep fee for everyone.....which of course was easily fixed by reducing the sales price.....a worn out story Nalley used too of course. The final issue was that once I came in to finalize the deal and pay, (and no doubt Wendell had passed along to Mr. Finance that I was ADAMANTLY against hearing any sales pitches for Scotchgarding, overcoating, undercoating, extended warranties, etc.) I was required to sit around for 45 minutes while Mr. Finance worked on two other customers who were better candidates for selling add-ons than I was. If I hadn't "released" my wife to drive home to Jasper without me I think I would have said either deliver the car there or make me a firm appt. with Mr. Finance later in the week when I'm back in town for other business. More

Excellet service My car stalled on the highway over the weekend. When I called Roswell Infiniti I was given a name the tow company can refer to. Monday morning I get My car stalled on the highway over the weekend. When I called Roswell Infiniti I was given a name the tow company can refer to. Monday morning I get a call explaining the problem and possible timelines and offering a courtesy car. I got the transmission replacement done in 24 hours. Couldn't have been easier. Also followed up to make sure the car is running smoothly after service. More

It was such a pleasant surprise to find out their sales team was just as awesome as their service team! Stephany was fabulous to work with and helped us get the perfect Infinity SUV to replace our Acura. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and this is now our preferred dealership to purchase or service our Infinity vehicles. So happy we decided to go out on a limb and try a new sales experience, definitely worth it! Even the details of signing all of the paperwork and finance part was a breeze and efficient! No one breathing down our necks or trying to rush us into a decision. We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and received just as much attention and courtesy as if we were buying something brand new. Actually enjoyed the car buying process, who knew it could be so pleasant!?!? More
