Great Experience! Was nervous about purchasing a car after driving my 'new' one for 13 years. Rusty was extremely knowledgeable and soo easy to work with. He knew every detail about the car we test drove, showed me how to use the features in it, and explained everything again when I felt overloaded with information! Rusty was never pushy; he did not put pressure on me to make a decision, he sent over information that I needed promptly, and he answered all of my questions patiently. He was also very easy to talk to - we had a lot of fun test driving the vehicle that I ended up purchasing! The entire dealership went above and beyond. Rusty and John Keller arranged for us to be picked up and driven to our vehicle so we would not have 2 cars to deal with. This was a huge gesture that meant a lot to us. The driver, Gabriel, was very kind and also knowledgeable about the Infiniti. I enjoyed the drive! I absolutley LOVE my Infiniti!
