Bring your own financing I visited this dealership looking at a certified pre-owned vehicle. My son is a mechanic and I asked him to meet me on his lunch hour as he is close. He noticed some rust on the bolts in the engine and ask to see under the vehicle and by the time that was done he did not have an opportunity to test drive. I went ahead and got the financing approved and placed $2,000 to hold the vehicle, letting them know that I would not be able to pick it up until the following Monday, 6 days away. This was perfectly understood with the salesperson but the business office seemed to take issue with the matter. Very strong arm tactics were used in an attempt to get me to pick up the vehicle prior to the agreed-upon date. As I live approximately 40 miles from the dealership and work full time trying to get to the other side of Atlanta during rush hour was somewhat problematic. This turned what should have been a very happy occasion into quite an annoyance. I don't know if it's true for all Infiniti dealerships but they do have additional warranties that they attempt to sell you when you purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Again somewhat strong arm tactics used in that discussion as well. Very happy with my car not so happy with the buying experience More

When you do a purchase this way and expend the time and effort to travel before actually seeing the car, you have to trust that the dealer will treat you (and your time) with respect and not misrepresent the car or the transaction process. These people have integrity and will treat you right. Kristen Chernik & Stephany Palumbos-Duncan were excellent to work with and made the transaction smooth and easy. The only slight negative was the requisite experience with the finance shop. After listening to the pitch for an extended warranty and declining it, I felt a slight change in the attitude in the room. That said, not a significant issue that would keep me from buying a car at Roswell Infiniti in the future. Overall a great experience. More
