Bring your own financing I visited this dealership looking at a certified pre-owned vehicle. My son is a mechanic and I asked him to meet me on his lunch hour as he is close. I visited this dealership looking at a certified pre-owned vehicle. My son is a mechanic and I asked him to meet me on his lunch hour as he is close. He noticed some rust on the bolts in the engine and ask to see under the vehicle and by the time that was done he did not have an opportunity to test drive. I went ahead and got the financing approved and placed $2,000 to hold the vehicle, letting them know that I would not be able to pick it up until the following Monday, 6 days away. This was perfectly understood with the salesperson but the business office seemed to take issue with the matter. Very strong arm tactics were used in an attempt to get me to pick up the vehicle prior to the agreed-upon date. As I live approximately 40 miles from the dealership and work full time trying to get to the other side of Atlanta during rush hour was somewhat problematic. This turned what should have been a very happy occasion into quite an annoyance. I don't know if it's true for all Infiniti dealerships but they do have additional warranties that they attempt to sell you when you purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Again somewhat strong arm tactics used in that discussion as well. Very happy with my car not so happy with the buying experience More

I recently bought a 2014 Q50 Premium AWD that had an open recall on the OCS system that ne First of all Jamie was an absolutely pleasure to work with. I recently bought a 2014 Q50 Premium AWD that had an open recall on the OCS system that needed to be replaced and was hoping that my warranty would cover some normal use chrome wear and tear on the driver-side window buttons. He immediately did everything he could to fix it allowing me to take a loaner in case it took more than just a day, but also made sure it was given a multi-point inspection and washed before being given back the same day after concerns it could take 3 days due to both holiday and Sunday closure. The team at Roswell Infiniti did everything and more to take care of me and you can bet i'm not going to let anyone else touch my Q50. Thank you all for everything and I look forward to doing business with you again. More
