He was very knowledgeable about the service needs of my QX60 and even offered me a cup of coffee. He checked my tires right on the drive and showed me that I needed to replace my tires. I received 2 follow up calls from Mark explaining what the status was on my QX and when I could come pick it up. I was more the impressed by his level of service and attentiveness to my care.
