Quick and easy! I called at 10:45 on a Monday to schedule an oil change, had me in at 11:30. Amazing! As I fully expected to have to wait until the next week. Multi point inspection found an issue and they were also able to take care of it right away, and quickly. The entire process was quick and easy. I had a 'coupon' for a specific price on my oil change. They honored it, no fine print, no upsell. I will definately be back! More

TV, snacks, drinks, a place to work or just chill. they were done when she said they would be, car was washed and the bill explained. She reminded me I was on my 2nd oil change and that it was free. Next time I can take it to anywhere I choose but I really enjoy my Saturday mornings in Roswell. I feel very appreciated as a customer. Thank you! More

In a pinch, no problem, we've got you My 2003 G35 stalled and when I got it started I had numerous warning lights (Service Engine Soon, VDC Off and SLIP) were on. The car lacked power and My 2003 G35 stalled and when I got it started I had numerous warning lights (Service Engine Soon, VDC Off and SLIP) were on. The car lacked power and seemed to have a hard time shifting gears until I got up to speed. I limped home and called Chris at Roswell Infiniti. He said come on in and we will take care of you. The pinch was that it was Friday at 2PM and I was scheduled to go to Florida on Monday! Long story short, Chris actually did a correct diagnosis from just the symptoms. He got the car into the shop and sent me home in a great QX50 loaner. I expected that it would be at least Saturday before I heard from Chris. Wrong!! Not only did he call around 3PM but he said the car would be ready by 4:15. Unbelievable! One cam shaft sensor later, I was on my way and back on schedule for the Florida trip.
