Out of town purchase made smooth by the salesperson My wife and I had been looking for an Audi Q7 for a couple of months. We finally found a great car at Roswell Infiniti. This dealership is about 3.5 My wife and I had been looking for an Audi Q7 for a couple of months. We finally found a great car at Roswell Infiniti. This dealership is about 3.5 hours away from my house, so I wanted to make sure that the car was in good condition and that I wouldn’t be driving 3.5 hours for nothing. I began dealing with Elizabeth over the phone and she actually FaceTimed me and went over the car during that first conversation. Over the next few days, she kept in touch with me while I got my financing in place and finally I drove to Roswell and picked up the car. Being an out of state purchase, the paperwork was a little different than usual. The dealership sent the paperwork to my states DMV via FedEx. I waited a week or so after they sent it and went to the DMV. They claimed they had not gotten it, so I phoned Elizabeth again. She actually answered her phone when she wasn’t at work, and got the tracking number. No surprise, but the DMV had actually received it but hadn’t processed it. With Elizabeth’s help, everything went smoothly the second trip. Thank you very much Elizabeth. We will definitely be starting with Roswell Inifiniti and Elizabeth Marshall when we need another car.
