They Really Deliver on their Promises I called last Monday just to do a test drive on a 2012 Nissan Murano that I saw on Carfax. I told them what time I would be there with my husband and I called last Monday just to do a test drive on a 2012 Nissan Murano that I saw on Carfax. I told them what time I would be there with my husband and they told me to ask for Rushdi ( Rusty ). As soon as we pulled up, there it was, the Nissan Murano was pulled up to the front and Rushdi came out to get us ready for the test drive. He told me to take a look around the vehicle and we get inside for the test drive. Rushdi told us that they were ready to sell it and he was willing to do whatever it took to make it mine. Rushdi went over and beyond to make it as hassle free as possible and he shared some delicious turkish coffee with us. I told him what I needed my payments to be in order to make a deal. Truth be told that the Murano wasn't even my first choice or dream car. As soon as I got inside and drove it , it just felt right. I never felt pressured and didn't get that creepy car salesman vibe at all. Rushdi made this the most smooth car buying experience ever and he made an incredible deal happen for me. It's been a full week now and I absolutely love my new (used) Nissan Murano. Terrible service. My car was misdiagnosed, and was told that a transmission job would be close to $10,000. The car is not even worth that! Took it to a third party repair shop and found out that the transmission was fine. Ended up being another part that cost less than 10% of what I was quoted from Roswell Infiniti. Would never recommend them to anybody as they charge for work not done and misdiagnose the issue on your vehicle. More
