Second purchase from Roswell Infiniti This is the first time I have ever purchased a second car from a dealership so that says something about the quality of the customer service (sales an This is the first time I have ever purchased a second car from a dealership so that says something about the quality of the customer service (sales and service) I experienced with my first Infiniti. Initially, I planned to buy out the lease on my 2015 Q50S, which I loved. I did not want another car, as I typically drive a car for 12+ years. The safety features and additional power available on the 2018 Q50 Red Sport were compelling so Wendell obtained offer details for both leasing and purchasing the new 2018 Q50 Red Sport. Wendell Collins, Dominic La Barrie, Bill Gray, and Derak Rawlings all put in a huge amount of effort, time, and attention to make this purchase work for me. They were absolutely the right team and they made me feel as good about this purchase as I did in 2015. Each gentleman contributed something extra to the process and I am thankful that I finally ended up with this specific team. Wendell was a total professional and hung in there with me despite a rough start that I feared was a systemic change in the sales culture and process at the dealership. Wendell also gave me freedom to be somewhat aggressive when I took the car for test drives, which was fun. Dominic came on board when I queried Costco about their discount (after I had already spoken to Wendell) which made things even more complicated (absolutely all my fault, not Wendell’s or Dominic's), and then Bill came in when the initial offers became brittle and frustrating, restored my faith in the sales process at the dealership, and gave me the confidence that I could walk in to Derak's office and close my second purchase from Roswell Infiniti without worry. I am delighted with my car and I look forward to working with this dealership in the future. More

As my parking brake was being fixed, they noticed some leaks under the hood and advised the necessary service. Mark was understanding of my financial situation and was able to discount the service slightly so that I could pay my bills and still get my car in top shape. Car buying made easy I was not looking forward to the process of converting our leased Q50 Sport Sedan from lease to purchase at the end of the lease period. But when I called Roswell Infiniti and spoke with Rusty Rabia, Rusty assured me Roswell Infiniti could handle the matter quickly and efficiently, and arrange the kind of payment schedule that would suit my situation, and he was so right! He was able to compile the information for the document preparation for the purchase requiring only a few minutes of my time on the phone. Then, when I visited the dealership for final signatures, the paperwork was all ready. Rusty arranged for the appointment with the finance director upon my arrival at the dealership, and I was able to meet with him quickly and finish the transaction in 30 minutes. And while I was there, I enjoyed the pleasant surroundings of the Roswell Infiniti Showroom. Rusty Rabia was so personable and pleasant upon my initial contact, I knew I wanted him to be the representative who helped me. He was always there through the process, glad to answer any and all questions and was able to bring about the deal my husband and I wanted in quick fashion. I did ask that all of the functions for the voice activation to be enabled, specifically the ability to dictate and send a text message hands free while driving. However, that was not done, which was disappointing. There was no explanation given as to why my request was not honored. More
