Richard did an excellent job all around, I spoke with him a few days prior to coming on the lot stating which car I wanted and he had the car ready for the test drive when I arrived! He made this process smooth and easy. He did not make me feel intimidated or if I had to buy the car like other car salesmen I've met in the past. I appreciate him for that! Sean in the finance department was great as well he answered every question I had with confidence! I must say if I decided to buy another Infiniti I wouldn't want anyone else.
