When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Rushdi had all information on the car and provided an excellent overview of every aspect of the car to make sure it met our expectations. His knowledge of the car and features was very impressive and he was able to answer our every question. Rushdi then took us on an extensive test drive and demonstrated every feature of this highly optioned vehicle. Rusty was a great salesman but felt rushed. The car wash that I received still had a few dirt spots on the car and I was told to come back for a full tank of gas, review of my car, and another thorough car wash. I live on the other side of town and don’t want to waste my miles that I get over the term of my lease to go back to receive all of the things that should have been taken care of when I first purchased the car.
