Very professional! Best sales person and staff We bought a 2019 QX50. I live in Brookhaven now and Roswell Infinity location is not convenient. But we bought our G37 there in 2012 and wanted to t We bought a 2019 QX50. I live in Brookhaven now and Roswell Infinity location is not convenient. But we bought our G37 there in 2012 and wanted to try them out again after dealing with a more convenient dealership. What a difference! My first contact was Kristen who was super responsive and awesome. Rusty was my sales rep and her was by far the best I've dealt with. He really knew the product and went the extra mile to make sure my experience was a positive one. He really wanted us to stay in the Roswell Infinity family and based on our great experience I know we will. More

They treated me like family This wasn't my first car, but it was my first time going through the whole car buying process. I can honestly say the people at Roswell Infiniti treat This wasn't my first car, but it was my first time going through the whole car buying process. I can honestly say the people at Roswell Infiniti treat you like family. Richard did an excellent job all around, I spoke with him a few days prior to coming on the lot stating which car I wanted and he had the car ready for the test drive when I arrived! He made this process smooth and easy. He did not make me feel intimidated or if I had to buy the car like other car salesmen I've met in the past. I appreciate him for that! Sean in the finance department was great as well he answered every question I had with confidence! I must say if I decided to buy another Infiniti I wouldn't want anyone else. These two individuals have set the bar extremely high and I wouldn't want it any other way. They were great, knowledgeable, and friendly! And as I said in the title they treat you like family, well the good family anyway lol!! More

Ran my credit without authorization/permission This dealership ran my credit without my authorization. There was absolutely no need for this to occur as I did not require their financing nor did I This dealership ran my credit without my authorization. There was absolutely no need for this to occur as I did not require their financing nor did I provide my permission. Promised a novelty item that I never received. After three weeks, I followed up with my sales consultant who advised me they would not be fulfilling this request after all. Requested assistance with having a wireless charger installed. Even though it’s in the brochure for the vehicle I purchased this dealership is not familiar with it. After three days, I didn’t hear back from my sales consultant on my request so I reached out to the parts/service department which caused my sales consultant to become agitated. It took 5 days total to receive a response on a sismple request. More
