Used to get great service. After spending thousands of dollars on service My most recent service experience was a mess. My visit was on 8/9/2022 and had a low tire pressure After spending thousands of dollars on service My most recent service experience was a mess. My visit was on 8/9/2022 and had a low tire pressure warning light. The first signed estimate and scope of work was for $190, to replace the tire under the tire road hazard warranty. This estimate was given to me after the technicians and service advisors inspected the vehicle. I signed and authorized the repair. About an hour alter, expecting the work to be completed, the service advisor came out with a new estimate that was double the first and brought estimates to replace all of the tires. I saw that the Roswell Infiniti website price matches competitors and warehouse clubs(policy is posted on their website). I asked about a price match. More time passes, and I am told they do not price match Costco (which is considered a warehouse club). I informed the Service advisor that my experience to this point was not meeting any expectations. Nobody apologized for the time it took and for the mistakes made earlier in the day. I was never thanked when I paid. I reached out to the Roswell Infiniti customer service and nobody has reached called me back. Please use my experience as a warning of doing business with Roswell Infiniti as their policies and promises are not worth the paper they are written on. More

This was my first time buying a car out of state and Erin made it so easy. She sent me a video of the car inside and out and showed some of the options.
