Our experience with Roswell Honda started off when looking at the Oddysey's they had on the lot. We were trying to figure out if we wanted to go with purchasing the Odyssey or the Nissan Quest. Upon looking at the Oddysey's they had on the lot. We were trying to figure out if we wanted to go with purchasing the Odyssey or the Nissan Quest. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by a salesman (don't have his name). All we wanted to do was look at the options of the Odyssey...we knew what features we wanted and didn't want. Although the salesman was very friendly, he was even more pushy. He kept trying to get us to drive the vehicle when we had politely declined several times due to a sleeping baby still in our car and our toddler that we had with us. We liked the options on the Odyssey but still wanted to check out the Quest and was honest with him and (who later arrived) another salesman. Once we convienced them we didnt' want a test drive at the time, they began to bash our desires to look at the Nissan Quest. I even went as far as reminding them that Krumland Auto Group owned both dealership and they should be happy that we are at least shopping local. That wasn't enough for them....eventually we peeled ourselves away from them and drove to Nissan and commented about how they just didnt' "get" what we needed or was asking for. They wanted us to do what they thought we should do. A month or so later and after consideration, research and review of both vehicles we had decided on the Odyssey. We knew the 2014 models were coming out soon and wanted to find out when. I called the Roswell Honda dealership and was transferred to Mike Holstun (whom I later found out was sales manager). The phone call started out with a greeting from him of "Hi this is Mike, can I get your name?" Right off the bad he wanted something from me...wasn't interested in what he could do to help me. I ignored his question and asked if he knew when the 2014 Odyssey's were coming out. He said, "I don't know can I get your name I'm going to have to find out?" I declined to give him my name and suggested that the information that I was desiring to obtain should be pretty general and I'd just like to find the answer before I submitted any of my personal information. I was then HUNG UP ON! Great customer service, right?! Our experience and opinion of Roswell Honda is that they aren't truly interested in helping you. It seems they are out to make a buck for themselves and could care less of the concerns and needs of the customer. We were going to stay local in the purchase of our 2014 Odyssey, however, will now purchase this vehicle out of town as we forsee this is the type of service we would get from start to finish with this dealership. It is pretty alarming that we would get this treatment from management from a dealership when we were ready to purchase from them. Management should be instructing their team to work together, not gang up on, the customer and seek what is important to them. Being pushy gets you no where and in the end you will drive people away from sales with your dealership. A simple answer to my question and a "Let us know how we can help you in the future" statement would have much more appropriate. Now I know why car salesmen have reputations of being pushy, slimey and untrustworthy....great job Roswell Honda for backing up that reputation and management for being a perfect example of this to your staff. More

I swear this is the worst Honda dealer ever!!!! They have screwed up my service several times and the last time they forgot to tighten the screws on my water pump, causing something to rub against a bel have screwed up my service several times and the last time they forgot to tighten the screws on my water pump, causing something to rub against a belt and ruin it!!! Fortunately, The belt had not been damaged too bad when it was found. Cost me over 200.00 just to have that checked and the screws tightened. This dealer doesn't do anything more than they have to....I had an object hanging down and they couldn't even take the time to put a screw in to keep the part from being damaged! I don't trust them!!!! They suck..and charge 4 times what they should for any service!!!!! Then do a xxxxty job! More
Jennifer misrepresented Roswell Honda and its pricing on repairs being done in the shop. When having work done no mention that there may be an additional $35.00 charge for hazmat/supplies. She went to ask and came back and said that it for the disposal of spray used to clean brakes. That seems outrageous for that especially when it was not mentioned when quoting the price for working on the brakes. Seems like false advertising if it is not disclosed on the original quote for doing the job. I was also told that the job would take about an hour to complete. I was still waiting for my car 3 hours after they started on it. I will make sure everyone I know is told about this experience at Roswell Honda. As well Jennifer failed to let me have the opportunity to complete an internal service survey. Seems like she knew that she had failed to do her job right. More
Went in for oil change and they upgraded me to synthetic without my authorization. Also tried to charge me 119.00 for a cabin filter. Said I needed transmission, brake, and power steering fluids flushed and without my authorization. Also tried to charge me 119.00 for a cabin filter. Also stated 5W-20 only comes in synthetic but I have been getting 5W-20 oil for a year that was not synthetic. They are a group of individuals that think they can take advantage of people. I have filed a complaint with the corp office. Sad thing is I worked for Honda many years ago and they have very high standards. This dealership is the exception providing very poor, fraudulent services. More
What a great experience I had at Honda Roswell NM. My son and I was very upset with a neighboring dealership and had decided to stop by Honda on our way back to Clovis NM. Sales agent Lorenzo Prudencio( son and I was very upset with a neighboring dealership and had decided to stop by Honda on our way back to Clovis NM. Sales agent Lorenzo Prudencio(?) approached me and introduced me and my son to a 2007 Silver Honda Accord SE with extremely low millage(11,000 miles) in prestine condition (certified). He let me and my son test drive it and right away my son had grown attached with this vehicle (his first car). Afterwards, Lorenzo said that he would do everything he could to make this car fit my sons budget (which was very tight) and after some time of number crunching with Joe Prudencio (financial manager), the outcome was OUTSTANDING! Anyone that knows anything about Honda Accords will understand how much of a great deal Honda Roswell gave us. Most 19 year olds could never even dream of purchasing their first car as an Accord. To date, this is the best purchase I have ever been part of and something even more rare is that I, or my son, do not have one ounce of buyers remorse. I will pass on the excellent service that this auto dealer group provided to me and my son to everyone that I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you guys for your professionalism and sincere care for your customers. Your service to excellence will go far. Just a side note to compare how great of a deal that Honda Roswell NM provided us: The monthly cost of the vehicle is almost equal to the monthly cost of my insurance for this car. That is just out right crazy! To anyone that reads this, SERIOUSLY entertain the thought of stopping by this dealership before going anywhere else. And hopefully, you will leave the dealership feeling the same way as me and my boy did. We talked with Travis Spencer to ask for quote and before we knew it, he had us sold on the work that needed to be done on or car.
