In addition to deleting my review after it garnered attention for their shameful customer service, they have continued to call me all morning offering an ‘identical car, different color.’ Not only is this another slimy sales tactic, but it proves to me that they have not shredded our paperwork which contains sensitive identification information. Additionally, further research shows that they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ------------------------------------------------ Extremely disappointed! We drove almost 2 hours from Clovis for the sole purpose of finding a vehicle here. We were set up with a great car that we loved and was perfectly at our price point, and the test drive was great. After spending over 45 minutes filling out paperwork and waiting around, we're told that the car we test drove and were waiting on was "accidentally" on the lot and wasn't actually for sale. We are then presented with a 'similar' model that just so happens to be $2500 more...and basically presented as our only option because another identical model on the lot was also not for sale. That was either a BS sales tactic that I am insulted you think we'd be stupid enough to fall for...or your manager is incompetent enough to allow at least two unsellable vehicles on the lot for people to get their hopes up for. You have completely lost our business and I will never recommend you to friends in the area. Good luck with those monthly sales goals. More

Unhappy Had a recall on my 2000 F250. Called and made appointment, ( they set date and time), I thought that meant they would be ready for me. Got there at 8: Had a recall on my 2000 F250. Got there at 8:30 am, was told it would only take few minutes to repair, at 4:30 that afternoon , the truck hadn't even been moved! I took my keys and truck and I'll never deal with these liars again! More

As of today they haven't paid my traid in off and that's been almost eight weeks ago so I still have to make my monthly payments (2) on my traid in just to be able to keep my credit in good standing. Terrible finance department. One more thing, they already sold my traid in but they haven't paid off my loan More
I have bought a vehicle from this dealer in the past and I have bought a vehicle from this dealer in the past and have taken it back to them numerous times for reoccurring problems. When I bought my last ve I have bought a vehicle from this dealer in the past and have taken it back to them numerous times for reoccurring problems. When I bought my last vehicle from them I asked if anything had been done to the vehicle because it had 20,000 miles on it. They said no and I bought the vehicle. It was only when I kept having problems with the vehicle that I found out (when I looked over the shoulder of the tech guy) that there was a laundry list of things that had been done to the vehicle before I had bought it from them. This list included the same maintenance items I had the vehicle in for. When I have dropped the vehicle off to have things done, I have come back a few time (days later) to find my vehicle in the same parking spot I left it in and no work accomplished. When I questioned the tech they gave me the standard (could not duplicate) answer (not knowing that I am a master technician.) The final straw was when they serviced my daughters new Mustang and to make a long story short, they ended up replacing the engine on a vehicle that had less than 12,000 miles on it. I will now travel to Rich Ford in Albq (185 miles away) to get any work done to any of my 4 ford vehicles. More

Had a great sales experience with Ray, he helped me find the right vehicle and we were able to negotiate a good price. Overall one of the best new car purchases I have ever made. Not sure why the other reviewer spent 3 weeks to try to make a deal. My deal took about 3 hours and was easily done! Good Job Roswell Ford! More

Had 2 bad fuel injectors. They replaced them (at higher than dealer cost for parts) and sent me on my way without checking the fuel filter or testing the fuel. Had they done either, they would have seen t than dealer cost for parts) and sent me on my way without checking the fuel filter or testing the fuel. Had they done either, they would have seen the fuel was dirty and the filter was in terrible shape. Their neglect resulted in my having to replace the remaining six injectors after incurring a hefty towing expense. When I called them about this, the Service Manager (Rick) said he was sorry but was glad I finally got it fixed. His title needs to be changed to non-service manager. More
