Bad service I was traveling through town with 3 small children and 2 dogs when I managed to loose all break control. Well I stopped into service about 3 pm on a Tuesday afternoon to find out I just had a busted break line. Took them all of 20 mins to find the problem. Ok great the issue was that they couldn't overnight a part for my vehicle until Thursday..I asked why couldn't they just go down to the local part store and get a break line being that I have mechanic exp in my back ground said it wasn't possible they have to order the part from ford. I told the lady well I will have to have my vehicle towed the following day, but being that I couldn't get a tow until the next day I would have to stay over night. She got super pissy with me after I paid out my 132.52 charge ticket because I had asked if someone could take me and my children up to the motel so I could spend the night. To which me and my children had to walk .4 miles to even reach our stuff in the vehicle because their shuttle person named Jose informed me service closed at 530. It was now 5pm. Not happy at all More

Surprised to go home with a new truck. I stopped in to the dealership hoping to trade up to a newer used vehicle. I was approached by Juan Aceveres who answered all of my questions and con I stopped in to the dealership hoping to trade up to a newer used vehicle. I was approached by Juan Aceveres who answered all of my questions and concerns and made me and my wife very comfortable looking at used vehicles. We ended up not with a newer used vehicle but with a brand new 2016 truck thanks to Juan and Oscar's (finance associate) efforts. Incompetent follow through in financing procedures. Oscar, the finance man over charged us for the license portion of our loan. When a refund was sent to Roswell Ford Deanna cashed our refund check on Oscar, the finance man over charged us for the license portion of our loan. When a refund was sent to Roswell Ford Deanna cashed our refund check on May 19th, 2016 but did not send us the overpayment. When I contacted Roswell Ford Deanna then supposedly sent the refund amount to the finance company but they have no record of it. The refund of $294.83 I have been fighting for and Roswell Ford has yet to solve the problem that stemmed from 2 incompetent people (in my opinion)). More

Buying my 2016 Ford King Ranch Pick-up Truck I browsed the internet on Saturday afternoon 7/23/16 about 4:00 PM and saw a truck I was interested in so I clicked to have someone contact me. About 2 minutes later, Vanessa called me and then I talked with one of their people and sent them my old truck ID and a picture of my truck yo be traded in. In a very short time later, I had an offer for my trade-in and price for the new truck.They were opening on Sunday afternoon for a special sales promotion and I agreed to go to Roswell to look at trading. My salesman was Javier who was very friendly and helpful. Very straight forward about answering my questions and concerns and give me what I thought was a very fair price. I did a test drive and agreed to their terms. Javier was great in helping me through all the steps to close the deal as well as my trade in. One thing he did that I really appreciated was show me how everything worked and give me time to write notes for me to refer to later. He even programmed my cell phone. Then I was on my way back home with my new truck. I highly recommend Javier and Roswell Ford for working with me on this. More

Reputation appears accurate This has been a bad experience all the way around. They sold me a faulty car, left off an extended warranty in the paperwork and have given me the ru This has been a bad experience all the way around. They sold me a faulty car, left off an extended warranty in the paperwork and have given me the run around for the past 6 months. They made a show of making all the repairs 6 weeks ago and I have had to have those same repairs made in the last 2 weeks. I will not recommend them at all! More
Dishonest, rude, and irresponsible I worked with Roswell Ford for several days trying to work out a deal to trade in my truck for a new one. They put in my paperwork and told me I was approved for the truck. I got off work around 8pm in Artesia and got to Roswell around 9. We filled out the paperwork, left my old truck, and took the new truck home. I had it for several days before they called me and told me I wasn't approved and had to take the truck back. If you aren't approved, is it that hard to be honest? When I called them back trying to figure out what to do about the problem they caused, they said they didn't do anything wrong! Wait, so telling someone they are approved, taking their old truck, and letting them take the new truck home is perfectly fine if they were never approved in the first place? No! That is never right! You don't lie to customers just to screw them over. You also are supposed to take responsibility for the wrong you have done. Will never do business there again. More
