Rossie had a Ram 1500 on their website that I was interested in. I made an appointment to meet with Aishling at 2 pm. I was a bit early, but the truck was ready for me to test drive as promised. interested in. I made an appointment to meet with Aishling at 2 pm. I was a bit early, but the truck was ready for me to test drive as promised. Vince made sure I was taken care of and had me the keys within minutes to test drive. When I returned from the test drive, Aishling was ready to talk numbers. She was super helpful, as was the rest of the team. Negotiation was pleasant and I received a fair price on my trade in. Erik in finance was on the spot with paperwork, etc. Steve got me setup in the truck and showed me the essentials of the uconnect system. Within about 3 hours of arriving I was on my way in my new truck. I highly recommend. Even though I life 45 minutes away, I would return to purchase a vehicle here. More
