Issues with New Vehicle I took my 2015 GMC Sierra to Rossi for service. My headlights do not provide good illumination at night. I had researched the problem and found o I took my 2015 GMC Sierra to Rossi for service. My headlights do not provide good illumination at night. I had researched the problem and found out that GMC issued a service bulletin about this problem last year ( prior to my taking delivery of the vehicle ). In addition, there are a number of complaints filed with the NHTSA and the internet is littered with Sierra owners complaining. When I asked the service person why this was not fixed prior to my taking delivery of the vehicle, he responded that it is only a service bulletin and not a recall. I have a hard time understanding this and accepting this. The headlight issue is a safety matter. This is a poor excuse for not fixing the headlights prior to delivery. This is the second issue I have had with Rossi delivering this vehicle with a known defect. Otherwise, the people were friendly and pleasant. More
