Considering my appointment was on Black Friday, I wasn't sure how long my service would take, but as it turns out, the work was completed in about 45 minutes. As usual, all of the associates I dealt with ( sure how long my service would take, but as it turns out, the work was completed in about 45 minutes. As usual, all of the associates I dealt with (in particular, Hailey and Pat) were friendly yet professional and I love the convenient location of this dealership. And as a side note, I had enough points in my GM rewards account that my service was completely free. Great job once again, Rossi! More
