I was a first time car buyer from New Orleans and knew exactly what kind of car I wanted. Ross downing Chevrolet had a good selection so that's where I headed. I left and went to Ross Downing to continue shopping and found exactly what I was looking for. Jayson Bernius was my salesperson and knew everything about the car I asked. I was still trying to decide on which car I wanted and Jayson allowed me to take their car to lunch to weigh my options. I decided on the G6 from Ross Downing and we began negotiating a price and filling out credit applications to get financed. Ryan Hess worked for me on two separate days to get me the car. Eventually something worked and I got to drive away in a G6. I could not have asked for nicer people willing to do more for me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! More
