You gotta read this one!I had to wait a few days for a repair appointment for my AC which was not cooling. I was asked to leave the car overnight, because they didn’t get to it. A courteous young lady employee gave me a ride home. On the afternoon of the second day, I called my service writer, Jay. He told me that the AC compressor had a leak and needed to be replaced. He said it would cost $1,200. I asked how much was the bill so far. He said nothing. He said they don’t collect until the work is done. I said OK, I want to pick up my car today. He then says there’s a $150 checkout fee. I asked for what. He says for the diagnostics. I paid and left. The next day I brought my car to ROCK TIRE & AUTO REPAIR. The owner had my car for less than 5 MINUTES. He called me outside and asked me to sit in my car. He then turned up the AC full blast and brought it down to 36 degrees. It turns out the button on the dashboard for fresh air had been bumped bringing only outside air into the cabin. The expert mechanic didn’t catch this. THERE WAS NO LEAK, YET THESE T_-GS WERE GOING TO CHARGE THIS FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN $1200!!! I don’t care how new your car is…never take it to this dealer unless you have time and money to throw down the drain. Let’s see what happens when I try to recover my $150 for their bald-faced lie. NEVER WILL BUY GMC / communication terrible My car which is not even a year old has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue. We came and picked it up, started the vehicle and the first thing that happened was the popping noise, this only means to me that the problem was not fixed and will happen again sooner than later. Not to mention the popping noise wasn?t fixed. My car is STILL running rough. I am EXTREMELY irritated, disgusted and fed up with this. Being that my husband works shift work, most days it is me bringing my child to school, never to know if we will be getting into a car that will start it?s issue yet again. I have owned a Chevrolet Trailblazer, Chevrolet Traverse and drove them over 100k, this car will never be driven that much. Not only has the issue that it has gone in the shop for 3 times, but most recently while it was there they also had to figure out why my gas gauge just quit working. I have NEVER spent the kind of money I spent on this car to have the trouble I have had, the rattles it has and the aggravation of driving over an hour to bring it to the dealership. Which is a GM issue , as no dealership wants to look at your car that is closest to you when something is wrong, provide a courtesy car because I didn?t buy from that dealership. So GM what are you going to do to provide satisfaction , because right now I have a 40k + car sitting under my carport that I am at my wits end with. More

Emergency Repair A truck tire retread was thown into my path on the interstate on the way to Houston. I ran over it resulting in destroyed radiator and condenser. Craig Anderson, the service advisor helped us find the problem and get replacement parts on order overnight. They had use back together by the next day at noon so we could finish our journey home.
