My car was scheduled for a safety recall resolution. The entire experience was pleasant, the Service Department seems like an efficient operation, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. I cannot really rate the quality of the work, not knowledgeable enough to know, but it appears to have been done as planned in a timely manner. Ok, normally I would recommend to anyone to avoid at all cost any dealership at the Roseville auto mall. But, now look at me recommending Roseville Toyota! I had a wonderful experience buying my new Toyota cost any dealership at the Roseville auto mall. But, now look at me recommending Roseville Toyota! I had a wonderful experience buying my new Toyota 4 runner there! Treyvon my salesman was Awesome, super friendly, super helpful finding the right car for me and my family! Howard is another wonderful friendly person to do business with. Even the finance gentleman that helped us was great! Super service and very polite no matter what I sent his way during the process! If you’re looking for a Toyota or a nice used car, stop by or call and ask for Treyvon!! Even though the car buying process takes FOREVER, no matter where you go, at least having fun dealing with nice people smooths out the ride for me. Give them a try!! The 3 people that I worked with took most of that pain out of the process buying a car. Hopefully the management at that dealership realizes the great people they have as employees and makes sure they stay there. This is the first time in my life I have recommended a car dealership. Lacking integrity, honesty, and any real customer care. When discovered 30 minutes after purchase, they refused to take back car or allow replace/purchase. Upper management who came to address us was rude, condescending, and combative. Didn’t introduce himself, threatened us - if we didn’t take the car he would have it towed and impounded with major fees. Told us it was our fault the feature wasn’t on the car even after we shared how we asked and observed the Salesman demonstrating that it worked. After driving almost back to Woodland, I discovered they misreported the odometer miles by multiple hundred miles. I called to report the fraudulent DMV paperwork - several calls from Salesman & Sales Manager to offer me a tank of gas (that I needed to drive 35-40 miles to get) and a detail (which I don’t need on a new car), none of which remedy’s the issue at hand, I asked for upper management. Spoke with a Mr Sweeney who said he would speak to GM on Monday and call me back. Surprise!!! No one has called back and it’s Tuesday afternoon. I will NEVER recommend this business and will warn anyone who asks to go somewhere else. More
